Singapore Zoo

Singapore Zoo is also known as Mandai Zoo occupies 28 hectares. You will have your hands full while trying to see everything in one day. You can try to visit the Jurong Bird Park in the morning, the Singapore Zoo in the afternoon, and the Night Safari in the evening. The animals are kept in spacious enclosures. You will be able to do many fun activities like “Breakfast with an Orangutan” program. This program allows visitors to meet and interact closely with the orangutans in the zoo. This is not an ordinary zoo; this is a zoo that will take your breath away. It is one of the few zoos in Europe, where you can meet the cure panda bears. This zoo was opened in 1980 so can you count the number of baby-animals that came into world in this zoo.

5. Basel Zoo, Switzerland

Basel Zoo is the oldest and largest zoo in Switzerland. It is a home for over 6,000 animals. The attraction of this zoo is the rare dwarf hippopotami. In the zoo you can also take a tour in the aquarium where you will be able to see over 5,000 different animals, including charming penguins. It was opened in 1874 and is today the second most visited attraction I |Switzerland.
